Cancellation Policy
At TaraPedOT, I strive to provide flexible, personalized care to support your child's development. To ensure that appointment times are respected and available to all families, please review the following policy: โข Appointment Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hoursโ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time slot to another family. โข No Show: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. โข Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ notice will incur the full session fee and cannot be refunded. โข Refunds: All payments for sessions are final. Refunds will not be provided for missed or cancelled appointments unless TaraPedOT cancels the session. โธป Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
