Cancellation Policy
At TaraPedOT, I strive to provide flexible, personalized care to support your child's development. To ensure that appointment times are respected and available to all families, please review the following policy: β’ Appointment Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hoursβ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time slot to another family. β’ No Show: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. β’ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice will incur the full session fee and cannot be refunded. β’ Refunds: All payments for sessions are final. Refunds will not be provided for missed or cancelled appointments unless TaraPedOT cancels the session. βΈ» Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
